Community regeneration

From building a dental surgery to offering free advice on benefits and debt, our community regeneration projects bring social, environmental and economic improvements to areas of greatest need.
Development

Over the next five years we will invest £90 million to provide more than 750 new homes across the central belt of Scotland. The homes we develop are available for affordable rent, shared ownership, shared equity and outright sale.
