Senior Management Group

Link's Senior Management Group (SMG) comprises Link Group's Chief Executive and eight Directors.

The Chief Executive is responsible for the management and administration of the organisation and ensuring that the objectives, policies and strategies agreed by the Board are adhered to.

The SMG co-ordinates operational management across the group and discusses and evaluates strategic objectives and opportunities.

All Directors have specific responsibilities and Directors of subsidiary companies are accountable to their respective Boards of Management.
