Pay for it
There are a number of ways to pay for Link services. Check out the options below to find out which one is most convenient for you.
Allpay
All tenants are provided with a swipe-card.You can pay using Allpay in the following ways
- Online at the Allpay website : Once there, you will be asked for your swipe-card serial number, then follow the on-screen instructions.
- Over the phone : You can telephone Allpay direct on 08445 578 321
- Over the counter : Your AllPay swipe-card can also be used at any Post Office, Paypoint or Payzone terminal located in shops, supermarkets or in any Link office.
By credit/debit card over the phone
Please phone us on 08451 400 100 during the hours of 9am to 5pm and have your payment reference and card details handy. Cards we are able to accept are: Visa Debit and Visa Credit, MasterCard, Solo, Electron, Maestro.
In person
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit card by calling in at the Link Customer Service Centre during office opening hours which are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.45pm.
By post
Cheques or postal orders may be posted to:

Please make sure you attach a note to each payment, giving your name, address and rent reference number.
If you cannot avoid sending cash by post, make sure you send it by registered mail. If you have any enquiries about your rent account, please contact the Link Housing Customer Service Centre on 08451 400 100.
