What is community regeneration?
Community regeneration is about tackling social, economic and environmental decline in local neighbourhoods.
Its purpose is to bring improvements to disadvantaged communities, supporting local people to create places where they can enjoy family life, pursue work aspirations and access health care and leisure activities readily.
Link's Community Regeneration Team
From building a dental surgery in an area of poor oral health to offering free advice on benefits and debt, we undertake a diverse range of projects in areas of greatest need across central Scotland.
Our work is concerned with physical, social, environmental and economic matters, such as healthcare, crime prevention and lifelong learning initiatives and the development of skills, training, employment and social enterprise.
