Delivering quality, affordable homes for Scotland

Over the next five years, we will invest over £90 million to provide more than 750 new homes in areas of Scotland where they are needed most.

Our capital expenditure on development for 2008/09 was an unprecedented £24 million. In areas where we build, we seek to meet the needs of individual communities by working in close partnership with local people, tenants’ and residents’ groups, local authorities, the private sector, the police and many others.

The houses we build are made available for affordable rent, for shared ownership, shared equity and outright sale.

We pride ourselves on taking a holistic approach to regeneration – in addition to providing new homes we lead innovative community regeneration projects aimed at improving quality of life for local people. For more information, please visit the 'Community regeneration' section.
