We aim to improve the quality and sustainability of affordable homes and secure better value for money. As well as taking a lead developer role, we also work alongside a group of other local RSLs to meet local authority efficiencies through preferred partnering.
Our aim to deliver high levels of sustainable development is the foundation of our design and specification process.
We worked with The Rowan Group to form the ground breaking Larach Alliance and delivered 800 affordable homes over 36 months.
