We would be interested to hear from anyone wishing to offer the following opportunities for sale:
- Land, with or without residential planning permission in the main cities, towns and settlements across central Scotland, from upwards of one acre (0.4 Hectare) and/or 15 units in size
- Part of a development with a Section 75 planning obligation to provide affordable housing
- Masterplanning or mixed use developments with an affordable housing element
- Urban Regeneration programmes creating new communities
