What is the New Supply Shared Equity with Developers scheme?
The Scottish Government's New Supply Shared Equity with Developers scheme helps people on low incomes who want to buy a new home but who cannot afford the full price.
You pay for a majority stake in a new build home built by a private developer - normally 60 to 80 per cent - and the developer and the Scottish Government pay for the rest.
How to find out more
The participating developers have not yet been decided for 2012/13. Please check again at a later date for further updates.
