- Office, laundry, communal lounge with TV and library and a guest bedroom. This complex has white meter heating (due for upgrade in 2011).

- GP surgery, chemist, post office and supermarket within a five minute walk. The police station, banks and other amenities are in the town centre.
- Transport information
- Buses to the town centre stop outside the complex every half hour, Monday to Saturday. A Glasgow bus stops outside the complex and Croy train station is one mile away.
- Activities
- Coffee afternoons Monday to Friday, weekly lunch club, twice yearly theatre trips and other regular social events and outings.
