You can apply for a PSL tenancy if you meet the following criteria:

- You must be able to sustain a tenancy. If you require support then you must be working with your support provider before being referred for PSL.
- You must not have a history of Anti Social behaviour. If you have had any actions taken against you previously for ASB then you must be able to provide evidence of how your behaviour has changed and how you can successfully sustain a tenancy now.
- You must not have a history of previous unresolved rent arrears.
- You must be able to provide proof of your income. e.g. proof that you are in receipt of benefits or proof of your wages if working.
- You must provide at least one form of identification when signing up for a PSL tenancy.
If you meet all of the above criteria, and you are interested in being referred for PSL, you should advise your Housing Officer who can then add you to the PSL shortlist.
