What happens if I am successfully referred for a PSL property?
You will be contacted directly by one of the Link Edinburgh PSL team to arrange for you to view a property.
You should bring the following items with you as these will be required to complete your tenancy paperwork should you accept the property. These may include:
- 2 forms of identification
- Proof of income for the household, including earning, any benefits and if you have any savings
- If there are adult non-dependants in your household, proof of their income or benefit status
- Proof of childcare costs
- Proof of residency if you are not a UK National for example passport, visa, residents permit or A8/A2 documents
Your PSL Officer will advise you which documents you will be required to bring. We can also provide a translation service if this is required.
You will also be asked to complete an Equality & Diversity monitoring form
