What happens if I am successfully referred for a PSL property?

You will be contacted directly by one of the Link Edinburgh PSL team to arrange for you to view a property.

You should bring the following items with you as these will be required to complete your tenancy paperwork should you accept the property. These may include:

  • 2 forms of identification
  • Proof of income for the household, including earning, any benefits and if you have any savings
  • If there are adult non-dependants in your household, proof of their income or benefit status
  • Proof of childcare costs
  • Proof of residency if you are not a UK National for example passport, visa, residents permit or A8/A2 documents

Your PSL Officer will advise you which documents you will be required to bring. We can also provide a translation service if this is required.

You will also be asked to complete an Equality & Diversity monitoring form
