Information for Landlords who are interested in joining the PSL scheme
We are looking for one, two, three and four bedroom properties within the City of Edinburgh Council.
Properties need to be:
- Of a good quality
- Appropriately heated
- Furnished

During the tenancy Link will:
Manage your property and all aspects of the tenancy
You as a Landlord are responsible for:
- Insurance
- The fabric of the building
- Providing quality furniture
- Ensuring all repairs are carried out in accordance with the lease
- Common repairs
- All statutory obligations and defined in the Head lease.
How do I find out more?
If you are interested in the scheme, a member of the Edinburgh Link PSL team will arrange to visit your property to provide more details and will advise if any work needs to be done to ensure that the property is in line with the scheme standards.
Once the property is ready you will be asked to sign the Lease Agreement. The City of Edinburgh Council (CEC) will lease your property for 3 years and Link will act as the Service Providers. As Link are acting as Service Providers on behalf of CEC you will be required to work with Link throughout the length of the lease.
