What does Link do?
Link manage the properties on behalf of the City of Edinburgh Council (CEC) and are the point of contact for all PSL tenants during their tenancies.
Link will:
- Contact you directly to arrange a viewing if you are successfully referred by CEC.
- Help you complete your tenancy paperwork.
- Visit you within the first 7 days of your tenancy and every 2 months thereafter.
- Arrange all repairs.
- Collect your rent payments.
- Provide you with housing advice and support to assist you in sustaining your tenancy.
- Contact CEC on your behalf if required.
