Individual support services
We have supported a diverse range of people in East Lothian and Midlothian for more than 25 years. Our main aim is to ensure that service users receive a care package that suits their varying needs.
Who we support
People who use our service include adults with severe and enduring mental health issues, children and adults with learning disabilities and young people and adults with addicitions. We also help parents who have been separated from their children to engage with and maintain regular contact with them.
About the support we offer
Service users are supported with day-today living. We also help them to seek job opportunities and training and to get involved in local activities.
Support can be offered indefinitely or given at times of crisis to help a person through a difficult period in their life. We provide support on every day of the week, offering evening and sleepover cover if required. Our packages of care range from one to 47 hours of support a week and are regularly reviewed to ensure we are meeting each service user's needs.
Our support team works in a person-centred, flexible and responsive way to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved for each service user. Service users are actively involved in shaping their support and are invited to be involved on a wider scale in the way we run our services.
