Much of the support work we offer in the Falkirk area is aimed at helping people to sustain their tenancy successfully.
Our well-established tenancy support service helps people of all ages develop the practical skills to live safely in their homes.
We also run an innovative and award-winning peer education project, SmartLiving, that helps young people to consider the pitfalls as well as the pleasures of having their first tenancy before they take the plunge.
