Sometimes things change
If for any reason your circumstances change the first thing you must do is contact the Customer Service Centre so that we may update our records.
You should contact us if:
- Your contact number (e.g. mobile number) has changed
- Your relationship has changed or a family member, who is a Link tenant, dies
- You want to leave your tenancy. If you leave without our knowledge, this could be classed as 'abandoning' the property and you may be liable for costs.
Written approval
You will need our written approval if you want to:
- let your home
- take in a lodger
- give your tenancy to someone else
