Anti Social Behaviour

How you get on with your neighbours can be an important factor in whether you will be happy in your new home.

We want you to feel safe and secure. As part of your Scottish secure tenancy each tenant has an obligation not to disturb neighbours and cause alarm or distress to others.

Problems with neighbours can include drug dealing, harrassment, racial abuse, loud music to untidy gardens or dog fouling.
