Rights and responsibilities
We want you to enjoy living in your new home but there are responsibilties that you, as a tenant, and Link have as part of the Scottish Secure Tenancy agreement.

Link's responsibilities
We will:
- Maintain our properties to a high standard, making sure they are warm, secure and comfortable
- Look after common areas
- Involve in decisions affecting the area where you live
Your responsibilities
In return, we ask you as a tenant to:
- Report repairs promptly
- Keep your garden or common area tidy
- Control any pets
- Put all waste in bins provided and return them to their store after they have been emptied
- Avoid disturbing neighbours with noise, especially at night or early in the morning
