This chapter gives you information on how you can get involved and how you can provide us with your views on our service. We want to make sure the services we give you are the services you want. Your views are very important to us. If you're interested there are a number of ways to get involved, from filling in satisfaction surveys to attending meetings.
We try to provide a first-class service and we welcome your comments - compliments and complaints. Give us a chance to review our services and improve them. The best way to deal with a problem is to speak with a member of our staff about the matter and how you would like to see it resolved. If you're still unhappy, you can take things forward by using our complaints procedure.
