Problems paying your rent?
We understand that sometimes you may have difficulty paying your rent.
If this is the case, please let us know straightaway! The earlier you let us know about a problem, the easier it will be to sort things out.
We can give you help and advice and make any arrangements for you to pay any arrears in installments.
We can also put you in touch with our Advice team who can provide information and help about money matters, debt and Housing Benefit claims.
Rent arrears
If you do not let us know about missed payments or if you don't keep to an arrangement for paying off arrears, we will take legal action to recover the money you owe.
As a last resort, we will evict tenants who fail to pay their rent so it is vital that you tell us immediately if you are having problems!
