Want to make a change to your home?

You don't have to let us know if you are redecorating but if you want to make any alterations to your home, such as installing a new shower or laminate flooring, please contact the Customer Service Centre to request permission.

If you are given permission to install laminate flooring we only allow 'click' flooring.  Remember if you live on an upper floor you may have to install extra soundproofing. If we need to lift the laminate to make a repair, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage.  When your tenancy ends, you will have to remove the laminate and repair any damage to the floor or skirting.

Medical adaptations

We aim to help tenants with medical or mobility needs to help them stay in their homes for as long as they can.  If you need an adaptation at home, such as a handrail at the front door or a shower instead of a bath, an occupational therapist from your local council should assess you and ask us to make the required adaptations.  Please contact us or your local council for details.
