Looking after your neighbourhood
We aim to maintain local estates to a high standard, to keep them safe, clean and tidy.
We will:
- Ensure we are visible when we visit your area, e.g. our staff will wear jackets showing the Link logo
- Carry out regular inspections to gardens and common areas, fixing problems where needed
- Where possible, ask tenants to accompany us on our inspections
- Record our findings and check to ensure repairs have been carried out to a high standard
- Remind tenants of their agreement to maintain their gardens, if they are untidy
- Remove offensive graffiti within 24 hours
- Maintain a high quality grounds and maintenance service, where it is provided
- Work with the police and local council as needed to ensure estates are kept safe and clean.
