Planned Maintenance

We have a rolling programme of works to renew items such as external doors, roofs, central heating, kitchen units and bathroom suites.

This is in addition to the day-to-day repairs we carry out.

We will:

  • Give you at least eight weeks' notice of any planned work
  • Confirm with you at least 10 days before the work is due to being
  • Where possible, give you choices about colours or styles of new units or paintwork
  • Protect your property and possessions when work is underway
  • Reconnect and test all services such as water, gas and electricity as soon as possible at the end of the working day
  • Supervise the work to make sure it is being carried out satisfactorily
  • Ask for your comments when work is complete
