Important information for Link tenants / customers

Link is introducing a new computer system at our Customer Service Centre. This new system will allow us to improve our services and manage our business more efficiently. To do this our current computer system will not be available from Wednesday 1 February until the new system goes live two weeks later on Tuesday 14 February.

Therefore from 1 February, there will be some disruption to the service we provide as staff will not have access to all of our property or customer data. The Customer Service Centre will still take calls during this time and will do their best to help you. If you do call with a request or query we will ask you to confirm your date of birth as a security question.

We would appreciate your patience and co-operation until our services are back to normal.
