Link Customer Satisfaction Survey
Over the next few weeks two major customer satisfaction surveys are being carried out by the consultancy IBP on behalf of Link.
The surveys are aimed at:
- Tenants, sharing owners and owners
- Those registered with Homehunt
Some Link tenants, sharing owners and owners will receive a letter this week from Link, signed by Maureen Middleton Director of Housing, advising that they may receive a visit from an interviewer over the next 3 – 4 weeks. The interviewers are employed by IBP, and they will visit a sample of customers in their homes.
All people registered on our Homehunt list will receive a similar letter together with a survey form which they are asked to complete and return to IBP. This will be issued in the next few days and we ask that completed forms are returned to IBP by 18th April.
If you are one of the people who may be contacted / receive a survey to complete and have any questions please call 08451 400 100 and choose Option 6.
If you are visited by an interviewer at your home and are concerned that they are not genuine. You can:
- Ask the interviewer to show you their identity card. It will show their full name, reference number and photograph. It will also provide contact details for IBP, should you wish to check the interviewer’s identity directly with their coordinator.
- Call the Customer Service Centre on 08451 400 100 - Option 6. Our staff will check the names of the interviewers working on the project and will verify that the reference number corresponds to the one on the ID card.
If you are in any doubt, do not let the interviewer into your home until you have checked that they are genuine. If necessary, ask them to call back later that day to give you time to check. They will be happy to do this.
