New telephone service for customers
In response to customer feedback we have set up new telephone numbers to make it easier, and cheaper, for you to call the Customer Service Centre (CSC) from a mobile phone.
Contacting us by text message
As well as calling 08451 400 100, you can now:
- Text us with a query on 07557 183553
- Just text your name and a short description of your issue i.e. repairs or housing matter and a member of staff will call you back within 24 hours.
- Please note that the service will not be effective for emergency repairs as we can only guarantee to call back within 24hrs.
Telephoning us from a mobile phone
We now offer a telephone number to make it cheaper for mobile phone users to contact us.
- Call us on 0330 303 0013
- This new number allows you to call the CSC from a mobile phone for the same cost as calling from a landline.
- Remember, have your tenant reference number handy when you call the CSC – it makes it easier for us to answer your query quicker!
