About the development
Phase 3 will consist of 260 homes for general needs affordable rent and 40 for New Supply Shared Equity (NSSE) sale.
To date 126 homes within Phases 3A,3B and Phase 3C are completed and have been handed over to West Highland Housing Association. More homes are anticipated to be available in phases from between June 2022 and May 2023.
Funded in partnership by Link, the Scottish Government and Argyll and Bute Council.
