We are one of Scotland’s largest Registered Social Landlords. Our social rented properties are affordable to people on low incomes.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we are no longer advertising properties but continue to work with councils to prevent homelessness. If you are at risk of homelessness, please contact your local council.
We advertise our available properties on choice-based lettings schemes and common housing registers, where users can bid on them. We then assess each applicant according to our priority criteria.
The person with the greatest housing need will be offered the property.
