Appointment reminders by text pilot scheme

As of Monday 26 June, Link Property is trialling a text reminder service for repairs appointments.

We know that it’s easy to forget appointments that have been made, so we are going to send a text reminder to your mobile the day before your appointment reminding you of the time slot.

The text will also give you the number to call if the appointment is no longer suitable and you would like to re-arrange it.

We hope this will not only provide better customer service but also reduce the financial loss incurred by our operatives getting ‘no access’ to agreed appointments.

As the trial progresses, we will be gathering feedback from tenants as part of our customer satisfaction calls.
