Are you struggling to pay your fuel bills?

Link Housing has access to a limited, short-term fuel voucher scheme funded by the Scottish Government and managed and administered by SFHA and HACT.

To be eligible for assistance through the scheme, you must be a tenant of a registered social landlord (RSL) and be able to demonstrate you are in fuel poverty.

The HACT scheme opens on 13 April and will run initially for six weeks or until the funding runs out. This fund is not exclusive to Link and is being accessed by other RSLs across Scotland.

Tenants who are experiencing fuel poverty can self-refer for assistance and should do this by contacting their housing officer who will make a referral for vouchers on their behalf.

If accepted, you will be given a voucher code that can be redeemed at a PayPoint outlet or at a Post Office (some exclusions apply). You will be asked to state whether you want a PayPoint or Post Office voucher when the referral is being made.

If you have an email address, you will be asked if you would like to participate in a short survey for HACT. A link to the survey will be emailed to you and you can choose if you would like to participate. This is not compulsory.
