Board Member vacancies for Link Property

Link Property, our property maintenance and improvement subsidiary which delivers services to over 10,000 customers, is looking for new Board Members.

We are looking to add to the range of skills and experience on our board in following areas:

  • Property maintenance/construction services
  • Customer service delivery
  • Audit and performance analysis
  • Financial management

What’s in it for you?

You’ll be presented with interesting, and at times complex issues to consider and help navigate a path through whilst staying true to Link’s values.  You’ll also have the opportunity to influence Link Property’s strategic direction and to help drive our commercial ambition to grow and improve our services.

You’ll be working with like-minded, experienced and committed colleagues to achieve our ambitions whilst keeping people at the heart of everything we do.   As a board member of one of Scotland’s most successful providers of property and maintenance services, you will gain valuable decision-making experience.

Our board members volunteer their time to prepare for and attend quarterly meetings and attend training and information events.  Reasonable expenses are reimbursed.

What are we looking for?

We want to work with people who share our determination to help others and to develop our business.  We are keen that you have experience of receiving or delivering services similar to those we offer, or that you have experience which can bring new thinking to our approach.

We aim to have our boards reflect our diverse population and we welcome interest from all sectors of our communities.
