Link’s digital vision looks at inclusion
Link Group has launched a new digital strategy for 2020 to 2023, reaffirming its vision of being a provider of choice and excellence in the delivery of a wide range of social regeneration, housing and support services.
The themes of the strategy are focused on ensuring Link’s customers have access to digital services and are not disadvantaged by their financial situation or other constraints.
Craig Stephenson, digital inclusion officer at Link, said: “This exciting and comprehensive digital strategy will allow us to better engage with customers and provides us with the opportunity to maximise the benefits of our past and future investments in technology.
“A key aspect of this strategy is the need to provide customer focused services aligned to business needs. Building an effective ‘bridge’ between the business and the ICT&D function is an essential capability to drive effective partnering and change.”
Nick Pollard, Link Group finance director, said: “Customer needs and wants around service delivery mean expectations for Link’s technology and housing services have risen significantly in recent years.
“Building on the successful delivery of many of our existing services, our new strategy sets out how we can operate in a more efficient, shared and integrated manner, both across Link and in collaboration with other sectors, while delivering new and innovative digital services to our tenants and service users.”
