Lintel Trust 22nd Annual Golf Fundraising Event a Success!

Lintel Trust (part of the Link group) raised £7165 at its 22nd annual golf fundraising event.

Lintel Trust welcomed 10 teams from Dunedin Canmore HA, Irvine HA, Rutherglen and Cambuslang HA, East Kilbride and District HA, Link Group, Cruden, Bellway and MMPS (Scotland) Ltd to Williamwood Golf Course on Friday 10 June.

Rutherglen and Cambuslang HA had a particularly successful day, winning the Dunedin Canmore Team Cup with an impressive 78 points.  Charles Freeland also picked up awards for Longest Drive (12 under) and the individual scratch prize with his brother Stuart coming 2nd in the individual Stableford event.

Alan West from Irvine Housing Association won the Link Group Individual Trophy with 37 points as well as winning the prize for Nearest the Pin.

Other winners were:

Longest Drive (12 under) -Charles Freeland, Rutherglen and Cambuslang HA

Longest Drive (13 over) -William Burgon, Dunedin Canmore

Stableford Individual runners up:

4th place- David Leaf, Bellway (score 32)

3rd place- Logan Ellis, Cruden Group score (35)

2nd place- Stuart Freeland, Rutherglen and Cambuslang HA (score 36)
