Read our 2020/21 charter report cards!
We have produced a charter report card which lets you know how we performed on the standards set out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
It is based on our 2020/21 Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
What we have reported on
We have focused on:
- our relationship with you;
- housing quality and maintenance;
- neighbourhood and community:
- access to housing and support; and
- value for money.
We have also included:
- how we compare with national averages;
- our previous performance; and
- the actions we are taking to improve performance.
This year, we have also published a charter report card for our Bathgate office customers. This is based on the 2020/21 Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) Weslo Housing Management submitted to the Scottish Housing Regulator, prior to joining Link on 1 June 2021.
You can find all the information we report on the Scottish Housing Regulator’s website. The website also has a comparison tool you can use to find out how other landlords perform.
If things go wrong, we want to put them right. An annual valuing complaints report is available, which provides you with information on complaints received and actions we’ve taken to improve our complaints handling.
