Tenant Report Card 2015

We have produced a Charter Report Card for our tenants which shows our performance since the Scottish Social Housing Charter (the Charter) was introduced. 

This Charter Report Card is based on our 2014/15 Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) and shows how we are performing against the outcomes in the Charter that are relevant to Link Group.  Outcomes are the results we should be achieving for you, our customers.  The outcomes are measured by a range of indicators which have been developed by the SHR and it’s these we have reported on. 

What we have reported on

In our second Charter Report Card we have focused on:

  • How well we keep you informed
  • Housing quality and maintenance
  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Rents and service charges

 We have also included:

  •  How we compare to other landlords
  • The actions we are taking to improve
  • Our 2013/14 performance
