What we do

We are the managing agent for City of Edinburgh Council’s Private Sector Leasing scheme, which helps people who are homeless or in need of housing. 

We look after the properties on behalf of the council and we are the point of contact for all Private Sector Leasing (PSL) tenants during their tenancies.

During your PSL tenancy we will:

  • Help you complete your tenancy paperwork
  • Visit you on a regular basis
  • Arrange all repairs
  • Collect your rent
  • Provide you with housing advice and support

We have developed customer service standards as part of our commitment to put you first and deliver services that are accessible to everyone. These are the standards of service you should expect when you deal with Link staff and anyone working on our behalf.
