On 1 June 2021 you became a Link tenant.
As a Link tenant, you will receive services from companies within the Link group, including Link Housing who manage housing services, and Link Property, who are responsible for repairs and maintenance of your home.

Investment in your home and repairs
In our proposals to you, we promised to spend over £27m on Weslo homes in the first five years. This work will include new kitchens, electrical rewires and heating systems.
So we can make these improvements to homes fairly, it is anticipated the first year of these five years will be focussed on planning. As part of this promise, we will ensure we communicate progress on this with you.

From 4pm on Friday 30 July 2021 out-of-hours calls for emergency repairs will be directed to our call handling service provider Bield. They will confirm your details and pass the repair to the appropriate Link Property operative, who will attend your property to deal with the emergency. The contact number will remain the same.
