Angela Gardiner, Contracts Manager
As an Occupational Therapist by trade, Angela brings a wealth of experience to the team. As Contracts Manager she has responsibility for managing the busy team and overseeing each case to ensure we deliver the best possible service.
Joanna Morrison, Occupational Therapist
Joanna has been a qualified Occupational Therapist for 23 years. She has spent 12 years in social work giving her the experience to evaluate homes based on the client’s needs and wants for the future. Joanna visits homeowners to listen to their initial thoughts before using her expertise to suggest adaptations.
David Ogilvie, Technical Advisor
David has a strong background in working in 'Care and Repair'. He uses his experience to take Joanna's recommendations forward. He visits clients homes to make measurements and note crucial details abou tthe work needed. He will then deal with contractors while work is ongoing to give clients piece of mind throughout the process.
Helena Tuer, Case Worker
Before Joanna goes to meet clients, it is Helena who will go and visit them first to talk through the process. Helena ensures the homeowner has all the information they need to enable them to make an informed decision with family and friends. She checks their eligibility for the scheme and helps obtain any evidence required to support their application. She also draws up all the loan application papers, gathers all the supporting evidence and assists homeowners to complete the paperwork. In addition, she provides information and advice about welfare benefits, Care and Repair services and other sources of help and assistance the homeowners might find useful.
Kelli McCurrach, Help to Adapt Advisor
Kelli, along with Chloe, are one of the friendly voices you are most likely to hear when you call the team. Kelli provides expert information on the scheme and can answer any questions clients may have.
Chloe French, Trainee Admin Assistant
Chloe is also likely to speak to you on the phone and will be happy to send you any information you require by post or email. Chloe helps arrange appointments for our case worker to come and visit you and helps the team with processing initial applications.
Jennifer Coyle, Marketing and Promotions Executive
Jennifer is responsible for spreading the word about Help to Adapt. Jennifer is happy to meet with groups who feel their members may be interested in the scheme and you could even find her in the local garden centres offering information to the public.
