Phase 3 will consist of 261 homes for general needs affordable rent and 39 for New Supply Shared Equity (NSSE) sale.

The units are anticipated to be available in phases from between March 2021 to February 2022.

Funded in partnership by Link, the Scottish Government and Argyll and Bute Council.
