What is Private Sector Leasing?   

Private Sector Leasing (PSL) was established in 2005 by the City of Edinburgh Council to provide much needed housing for individuals and families facing homelessness. Through the scheme, properties are leased from private landlords and property investors for three, five or ten years and sublet to those in need of housing under a Scottish Short Secure Tenancy (SSST).
