Meet the team

Our PSL team is made up of six departments; each with fully qualified, experienced individuals who are dedicated to delivering a high quality property management service to you.

  • PSL Maintenance Team

    Our Maintenance Team carry out a range of reactive and void property repairs. These repairs can range from the simple task of changing a lightbulb for one of our more vulnerable tenants, to the complete redecoration of a property at the void stage.

  • PSL Void Team

    Our Void Team carry out a vital part of the void stage of our properties. These tasks can range from the storage of the ex tenants personal belongings, to the full property clearance of damaged items. This is all before the actual cleaning of the property which needs to meet a very high standard.

  • PSL Housing Officers

    Our Housing Officers manage approximately 1,700 PSL tenancies.

    They are responsible for a wide range of duties including viewing properties and starting the tenancy, conducting tenancy visits, signposting tenants to support agencies, dealing with anti social behaviour, assisting with benefit queries and rent arrears, and assisting the tenant with their move on options to then ending their tenancy.

  • PSL Administration Team

    Our Administration Team is responsible for managing the referrals we receive from City of Edinburgh Council on a daily basis.

    They contact customers and arrange viewings with our Housing Officers. They are the first point of contact for telephone calls and take reports of anti-social behaviour, deal with queries from tenants, neighbours, landlords and other organisations. They also process all start and end of tenancies keeping our system up to date. 

  • PSL Landlord Team

    Our PSL Lettings Negotiators procure properties for the PSL scheme.

    The PSL Landlord Officer is responsible for dealing with landlord enquiries, arranging procurement viewings and ensuring properties are compliant with Health & Safety legislation.

    The PSL Property Inspectors are responsible for identifying and reporting on repairs at the end of a tenancy, signing-off the void properties once the maintenance and cleaning is complete, attending PSL properties and completing inspections where the tenant has reported a repair.

  • PSL Repairs and Compliance Team

    The Repairs and Compliance Team is responsible for looking after the repairs work, compliance work for gas and electrical testing, void maintenance repairs as well as the cleaning and clearing of all the PSL properties.
