As Director of Human Resources and Business Support, Helen is responsible for providing strategic leadership in areas of human resources, communications, health and safety and business planning.
Helen joined Link in 2007 as Director of Human Resources and in 2011 additionally became responsible for the Strategy and Business Support Team. Helen is also responsible for supporting the group in areas of policy development and compliance, research, web presence and project management.
Helen has an LLM in Law and Employment Relations, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Urban Development and a BA (Hons) in Industrial Relations. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development.
Helen has extensive experience in Human Resources gained in further education and the health sectors prior to commencing work with Link.
