About the development

30 homes for affordable rent are anticipated to be available from January 2027. Please note that these dates are subject to change.

12 homes will be available to rent with Link.

The development is funded in partnership by Link, the Scottish Government and Falkirk Council.

Properties may be advertised on the relevant Choice Based Lettings system and the Find a Home website up to three months before they are ready.
