Day or night... Manage your tenancy at a touch!

Our free app is a great way to manage your tenancy at any time. Report a repair, pay your rent and more with our tenant app.

To download the app from the App Store or Google Play, please click the relevant button below:

Once you have downloaded the app, please scroll down to find out how to register.

Step one: Click 'register'.  Step two: click the options that apply to you and click 'next'.  Step three: enter your tenancy number, email address and date of birth.  Step four: click the 'Initial Registration Stage' button. If registration fails, please call 03451 400 100.  Step five: check your email for your registration code and keep a note of it for later.  Step six: enter your contact details, choose a password, then select 'Next'.  Step seven: enter the code from your email, then click 'Final Registration Stage'.  Step eight: enter your email address and password, then select 'Log in'.
