We are committed to making sure our services meet the standards and outcomes outlined by Landlord Accreditation Scotland (LAS).
By committing to the standards outlined by LAS, we can assure tenants the tenancy arrangements they have meet the high standards outlined in the Scottish Core Standards for Accredited Landlords.
Being accredited, along with regular attendance at courses and information events, ensures we have the knowledge and expertise required to confidently ensure a hassle-free tenancy.
We also work to meet with the standards set out by the Scottish Government in the Letting Agent Code of Practice.
Our service standards
We have Neighbourhood Standards which outline the commitments we and our tenants have to make sure our properties and any surrounding areas are looked after to the highest standard.
We are compliant with the Repairing Standard set out by the Scottish Government. Further information is available on the Scottish Government’s website.
