What we do

We are the managing agent for City of Edinburgh Council’s Private Sector Leasing scheme. This scheme helps people who are homeless or in need of housing. 

We look after the properties for the council. We are the point of contact for all Private Sector Leasing (PSL) tenants during their tenancies.

During your PSL tenancy we will:

  • Help you complete your tenancy paperwork
  • Visit you regularly
  • Arrange all repairs
  • Collect your rent
  • Give you housing advice and support

We have developed Customer Service Standards as part of our commitment to put you first. We aim to deliver services that are accessible to everyone. These are the standards you should expect when you deal with Link staff and anyone working on our behalf.
