Read our latest tenant and complaints reports

We have published our 2024 Link Housing Tenant Report Card and our 2024 Link Valuing Complaints Report Card.

Our performance report is based on our 2023/24 Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) to the Scottish Housing Regulator.   

What we have reported on  

We have focused on:  

  • our relationship with you; 
  • housing quality and maintenance;  
  • neighbourhood and community;  
  • access to housing and support; and  
  • value for money.  

 

We have also included:  

  • how we compare with national averages;  
  • our previous performance; and  
  • the actions we are taking to improve performance.  

 

The information we report on is on the Scottish Housing Regulator’s website. The website also has a comparison tool you can use to find out how other landlords perform.  

If things go wrong, we want to put them right. An annual valuing complaints report is also available, which provides you with information on complaints received and actions we’ve taken to improve our complaints handling.
