Resolved: System issue affecting repairs - 15.03.2024

Update: This issue has been resolved and routine repairs can now be reported via phone call. Thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing a system issue impacting our ability to log repairs.

This means we are currently unable to take reports for routine repairs via phone call, but you can still report these through the form on our website, via email at csc@linkhaltd.co.uk, or in the MyLink tenant app.

If your repair is an emergency and there is a risk to your safety or serious damage to the property, please call us straightaway on 03451 400 100.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to restore normal service levels as soon as possible.
