Double award success for Tenant Scrutiny Panel
It has been a fantastic month for the Link Group Tenant Scrutiny Panel (TSP) as they took centre stage at the TPAS National Good Practice Awards on 17 June 2026.
The panel proudly brought home two awards: Tenant Group of the Year and the prestigious Outstanding Achievement Award. The first recognised the panel’s dedication and impact over the past year, including their work scrutinising our adaptations service and championing inclusive design. The second, chosen independently by TPAS, highlights the panel’s strong reputation across the sector.

Tenant scrutiny is about ensuring we deliver the best possible services, and the success of the TSP demonstrates the value of independent scrutiny. Overall, this double success reflects strong partnership working at Link and highlights the importance of keeping tenant voices at the forefront when shaping our services.
TSP Chairperson Lloyd Hodkinson had this to say: “It’s an honour to receive these awards from TPAS Scotland. It’s testimony not just to the hard work of the scrutiny panel but also to the tremendous support and guidance of Link’s Tenant Engagement team. We’re grateful to Link’s ongoing support, at all levels, and look forward to working together to improve housing services for tenants."
Link’s involvement at the TPAS Conference extended further, with Tenant Engagement Manager Colin Cassie delivering a workshop on engagement with younger tenants. This highlighted how targeted communication, digital approaches and earlier support have helped improve engagement with young male tenants, living independently.
