Our festive opening hours for 2025/26

We will be closed from 3pm on Wednesday 24 December and will reopen at 9am on Monday 5 January. 

 

When the office is closed, please call 03451 400 100 if you need to report an emergency repair and your call will be directed to the out-of-hours service.

 

Monday 22 December until Friday 2 January, C~urb Property Maintenance will be operating an emergency and urgent repairs service only.  

 

Our out-of-hours provider has a text messaging service for those with hearing and speech impairments.

Private Sector Leasing tenants 

 

C~urb Private Sector Leasing will be closed on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 December 2025, and on Thursday 1 and Friday 2 January 2026. 

 

If you have an emergency repair on these dates, please call 0330 303 0087 and you will be transferred to the emergency out-of-hours team. 

 

Shared equity customers

 

LIFT, Open Market Shared Equity, and After Sales teams will be open during the festive period as detailed in the table below.

 

Sharing owners, commercial leaseholders, and C~urb Lettings customers will continue to receive services during the opening hours below, including emergency repairs services, by calling 03451 400 100.
